  • We all have emotional attachments and energy flows symbolize the myriad ties that bind us. These ties are also known as etheric cords. The practice of cord cutting helps to recover energy that has been lost and to re-establish healthy energetic boundaries. I will lead you through a meditation to help you cut cords still causing you emotional distress or physical pain.
